- All members receive a bi-annual journal which contains articles related to areas of research and developments within the profession - see Journal section for more information.
- Development of workshops to meet the specific needs of members, and discounts on workshop fees
- Collaborative working with the University of Bradford in the development of two specialist post-graduate certificates: Continence for Physiotherapists and Physiotherapy in Women's Health. (Graduates of these programmes are eligible for full membership of ACPWH)
- Professional respresentation at NICE, RCOG etc
- Professional advice, support and mentoring
- Development of specific Guidelines e.g. Use of TENS in pregnancy, SUI Guidelines and audit tool, Pelvic Girdle Pain Guidelines
- Support to members carrying out Research
- Local and Regional supportive structure including Study Days organised by the local Area Representative for ACPWH
- Voting rights at AGM, held at Conference. Postal votes are available.

Two bursaries and a prize are also awarded to members each year, the Dame Josephine Barnes Bursary, Margie Polden Memorial Bursary, and the Anne Bird Prize. Details about these can be found in the Bursaries/Awards section.
